"This will be our reply to violence: to make music more intensely, more beautifully, more devotedly than ever before." Leonard Bernstein spoke these words after President Kennedy's assassination, and they inspire this powerful concert exploring how artists throughout history have chosen to answer darkness with beauty. Vivace joins the Arlington Chorale for a program that traces how artists in every era have chosen to answer cruelty with creativity. Join us for an evening that will remind you why music matters and leave you with renewed hope for humanity's enduring spirit.

Open Rehearsal

Thursday, April 16

Vivace Children's Chorus invites ASPIRE Pre-K families, educators, and Vivace families and friends to join us for an open rehearsal! This is a wonderful opportunity to see our singers (grades K-6) in action as they develop healthy vocal technique, train their ears through solfege (Do-Re-Mi), and rehearse songs for performance, all in a fun and welcoming environment.

We're actively enrolling for next season and would love to meet children who might be a great fit for Vivace!
